Specifically in the context of ozempic tho most studies show that if you stop taking it within 2-5 years you’ll gain 2/3 of the weight back. I wouldn’t personally say it’s good for weight loss unless your morbidly obese or rich as fuck and don’t mind regular injections

I’m fat but atleast I acknowledge I AM FAT im not calling myself “plus sized” and I would never complain about society being as she would say “fat phobic” if I get tired faster than I should or something I acknowledge that it is MY fault not anyone else’s

I give you a lot of credit for talking about this on this app. This is a matter of life and death and not of inclusivity. Anyone that would be upset that you’re bringing this to their attention is part of the problem.

i hate the whole ‘you’ll gain the weight back anyway’ mentality about dieting. like… no? weight fluctuates, but if you stick to a reasonable and fair regimen then you should stay at a healthy weight

I mean, I get it, she needs to understand that someone with an ED might be stuck in a cycle. On the other hand, she should understand that If a person stops working out, they don’t really gain weight automatically, it’s because they are eating the same calories and not moving their body. It’s okay if you’re comfortable being a certain weight as long as the BMI is good

Again, I have gone up and down with weight my whole life being a bigger person. People hate this bloke, but he is saying the way it is, and that is one thing these days people don’t want to hear. The truth is a beautiful people thing embrace it
