Mine used to make awful noises, now it is almost impossible to relocate it and I need surgery to be able to chew properly. Sadly the surgeon said I am too thin. That I skould(quote)Eat more first.

I should’ve been more specific but when my jaw shifts around and gets stuck it can be either a subluxation or dislocation, mainly depending on how far out of place the joint is, so the ca-clunking, popping, and shifting isn’t automatically a dislocation. When it fully pops and gets stuck open, THAT is much more likely to be a dislocation, but when I was just repeatedly opening and clicking my jaw, that’s mainly hyper extension and some slight subluxation

i can put more than half my fist in or 4 fingers with room left 😅 not diagnosed with anything tho but i can also bend my fingers 90°c, can do praying hands with no issue, probably just hypermobile in some areas
