nah though. i wouldnt say its the friend that hates that you have other friends. its the friend that feels like theyre not as important as your other friends. no invite, ignoring them while talking. hangin without em but not the others

Okay but seriously though.. to say that to someone's face " Oh I already told my friend that she can come over and binge it with me tomorrow " would understandably be upsetting, yes we are allowed to have other friends however this that was petty.

I feel like the whole “don’t invite yourself places if you weren’t asked” rule has been tossed to the wayside these days 😂😂I get being friends and everything, but that doesn’t always mean you are going to be included with your friend’s other friends that aren’t normally in your circle. I have great friends and they have other friends too but I would never hear she was doing something with them and be like “oh I wanted to do that too can I come?” That has just always seemed rude to me. Or what if their other friend isn’t comfortable around new people and they know that so that’s why they didn’t invite you?

I mean, the first one they could have all watched it together. or they could have said I'll watch them with you another day. second one they were literally talking and you're looking at tiktoks they sent? 3rd one it seems like they were the only person who didn't know this friends and they were having a conversation about them so she felt left out? idk this doesn't give jealous of other friends. it gives feeling left out and pushed to the side and that's where the jealousy is. if I'm with my friend I'm with my friend. not my other friend who isn't in the room.

No cause this is me cause I’m an introvert and I don’t have a lot of friends and I love hanging out with my best friend and I just want to talk about our days and goof off but then she brings up one of her friends or talks about them and in my head I always say “Your my friend and I’m happy you have more friends to, but I don’t care about them I just want to hang out with you and talk about us not them” it’s unhealthy I know but it’s sometimes annoying
