People are prosecuted for leaving their kids in hot cars which is also an accident. The police report says he’s not the one to give CPR so he left him for 3-5 mins then wasn’t the one to pull him out and do CPR. Doesn’t make sense

They played in the backyard all the time and she’d just posted about them swimming and he had done swim classes. Your backyard is supposed to be a safe place they’re not negligent. Accidents happen, that’s why they’re called accidents people need to leave them alone this is devastating for them
