What is the best glue to use with them? My glue is leaving bubbles.

when they grow out will there not be a jump in elevation on your nail?? catching on your hair and that kind of thing since it didn’t get filed and blended?? or are they just not meant to be worn that long

As a post cancer nail tech. If it wasn’t for full coverage tips I wouldn’t have a job. This I can do. And builder and hard gel ok. I can’t and won’t do acrylic. It is more hare and more technical. I understand I’m not a good nails tech but my clients love my work and keep coming back. I’m small town and surely undercharge. But I have a job because since my cancer I’m not the same person and this allows me to work.

a good nail technician is a nail technician that knows how to work with forms and every material in general.Full cover tips and tips are not for everyone at first because not everyone has a good well shaped oval nail and most of the times not every single nail is the same , when your using forms you can build from the begging the right shape for each nail. Also nail glue are full of chemicals that sits on your nail for at least a month. Lastly, your client might break a nail that way if see has on glued a tip her natural nail might come of or get damaged.

This. I personally do Polygel on myself due to wanting to learn more about structure shaping etc, but when I don’t feel like filing for two hours and want a quick pretty set. Pop these on and paint them in half the time. It’s all about preference!

i started with full cover tips and now that i’ve finished my first year of my Cosmo AA i will never offer acrylic when i can offer full cover tips or builder gel instead. just not worth the chemical overexposure for my lungs!

I was a nail tech for 30 years. I wish we had them years ago……I had to quit working. My neck, albows, wrists and fingers hurt so bad. Today I suffer from severe migraines because of my neck.

As a nail biter - full cover tips have saved me many times. And saved my poor exposed finger nubs from contacting product!

ive been using full cover tips on myself for 6 months now simply because they seem to work better on top of my "thin rubber base protective layer, covered in 2 layers of peelable base" concoction that is always on my real nails. Like you mention- they are already perfectly shaped! and now when i want to remove my nail sets, theres zero damage to my real nails because i can just nail glue removers to loosen up that peelable base layer and those acrylic nails are literally just falling off after the nail glue remover does its thing.

Full cover tips are great as long as you apply them correctly. I do them on myself and then fill with hard gel and never get lifting.

I have a bit of a weird beginner question - Can you use a gel base coat as an adhesive for full cover tips? I've found a lot of conflicting information about it online and I'm not sure what the right answer is.

I am so sorry if this is strange. my grandma was a stylist for 30+ years and died when I was 11. she always has square Frenchies. ALWAYS. your personality, how you talk, everything really reminds me of her and I imagine that is how it would be if she were still alive and talking to me about my nails because I do them myself at home. anyway, sorry for the rambles, thank you so much for these videos 🖤✨
