The bread is called „Barbari” the eggplant dip is called „Kashke Bademjoun”, the fried ball is called „Falafel”, the sauces are called „Khoresht” which translates to stew. The kebabs are „Koubideh” with ground beef, the steak like one is called „Kabab Barg”, the garlic sauce is called „Masto Khiar”. And finally „Nooshe Joon” which means cheers!enjoy your food☺️
