everyone saying back up your save. you shouldn't HAVE to do all that. the game should just WORK and not delete your stuff all the time or corrupt your saves or ruin your game. stop making excuses for EA being a horrible careless company.

Okay this happened to me too! I had to go to my cloud files and I found the offloaded files then copied them to my new game files!! Everything is working now! I hope that’s the same as your issue!

Yeah same problem. I created my dead dad, been playing for 3 years. I don’t wanna sound dramatic but it’s like I kinda lost him a second time. Tbh he was nicer in the game tho.

EA is truly the worst company ever. I’ve played sims since it was just The Sims. Been in love with every game they have come out with. They are truly nothing but a money grab at this point. I’m sorry you have lost hundreds of dollars worth of games. I hope you can’t reach out and get help but I know from experience that EA sucks when it comes to caring about their customers.

happened to me too. its going to be in ur icloud. just search sims 4 in ur finder and tehre should be two folders the old one then the new one. copy and paste all the files from ur tray into the new folder and tht will work
