still jonathan is 19 while giorno and jodio where 15, johnny was crippled and jolyne was a girl so its in her anatomy. so ye it kind of is justified. also idk why its hated, objectivly(more noticeable in the manga) the "twinkier" the jojos get, the better the artstyile gets.
