I'd never get my ears pointed. They will never fully heal and you'll always have problems with them. The after care isn't worth it. Samppa isnt that great either

Took my cheek piercings years to heal 😭 had to take them out for a surgery recently and closed up immediately. I miss them sm but I don't think I can go through that process again lol
