So for the first one, it is actually something that people should know about because as you listen to it, you can go back to the front page which says that entire floor consumed one room so that means it was a thief. I wanted to rob the place, so it first knocked at the door to see if anybody was in the room before it could Rob the room so that is it is for the first one and for the second one I think he needed help or he was dying in the toilet so he wanted to ask for help but didn’t have anything to tell him that he needed help so he just gave him tissue thinking. He just ran out of tissue, but that was another way that you could ask for help without them giving you something else.

The hand was someone who was dead. the killer was in the stall with the dead person acting as if they dont have toilet paper. but really the hand accidentally went under the stall so the killer slid the arm back into the stall. and thats why he ran because his arm was completely still and the hand was cold/hard.
