I understood what the judge was saying, she doesn’t want to influence their decision in any way. She doesn’t want them to be thinking about what the consequence of their decision will be. They just need to make a unanimous decision on each charge, if they can.

If the judge doesn’t poll the jury, again, about their verdict on the more serious charges because they’re hung on the lesser and they try her again, it will be triple jeopardy.

Dan changed his tune. Last week, he sounded like like he was working for the CW! Only time I’ve been annoyed with Dan since he clearly didn’t know all the details of the case. He’s wrong though, the CW will retry her since they’re covering for the corrupt Alberts and McCabe families (and Higgins) that are all complicit!
