If you’ve been diagnosed with adhd or autism, you need a waiver to get in. Same with a history or depression/anxiety. Ditto to admitting to prior drug use. Or prior criminal activity. Or being a single parent. Or having too high or low of a BMI. Also, they are currently kicking everyone who identifies as trans out. There are a lot of ways to get them to not even take you and not go to prison, as of now anyway.
