How do you do it without aircon???? I am in Florida and the high is averaging about 92(33 to you) and even having lived in it all my life I would sit in my car all day if my house AC went out!

I’m in the US - Ohio. It’s 30 degrees here today, and that’s a pretty normal spring temp. In the summer it often reaches 35 (95 Fahrenheit) here. And it’s not uncommon to see 40 (104 Fahrenheit) or above throughout the summer. This is why we have air conditioning here. Summer is no joke in the US.

the people who live in typically hotter countries are out in force saying its nothing. but there are so many people who have moved here from abroad who say its a totally different heat. you can sweat in other countries to cool down. here, ur body wants to sweat but it sticks to you because there is so much moisture in the air, sweat has nowhere to go to. so it clings and stays and then we get hotter because of the sweat amplifying the heat as if its coming through glass. I was on a bus yesterday in 26°c that had its heaters on. I nearly said night night 😂😬

baby. as a southern American (summers are 30-40 degrees C until mid to late October)... get a dang window AC unit from temu or amazon or something. I know your country is proudly no AC, but at some point you have to accept help.

My favorite part of heat waves while living in Scotland was watching all the locals emerge from their offices and apartments in the middle of the day and just sit in the park and soak up sun like it was a fresh mountain spring and they'd spent the last 40 years wandering in the desert 🤣

Remember to check your meds to see if there is a heat warning. Especially if it’s for mood stabilization. Seriously drink your water, use tons of sunscreen, and try to find a body of water that you can get into.
