@attyforfederalemployees: 6.18🚨Federal employees, major update. OPM just changed the rules—30-day PIPs, forced bell curve ratings, and Schedule F 2.0 might be back. #FederalJobs #ScheduleF #OPMUpdate #PIP #FederalEmployee #KnowYourRights #GovTok #FedLegalHelp
oct 1? our goes from 1 Apr - 31 Mar. the need to fix the rating scale instead of 5, 3, or 1. I have some that are more like 4s, but the system doesn't allow it. I don't understand is how can supervisor rate someone so low and that supervisor gets a high rating. that low rating employee is a reflection of that supervisor. that's just my opinion.

Explain to me why a 30 day PIP is a bad thing? Why should more time be necessary? 30 days sound quite generous. Private sector would fire someone on the spot for poor performance.

The Managers needs to be held more accountable. Former HR and I have seen time and time again they get outstanding while their employees get fully successful. you can't be outstanding if your employees aren't. You aren't doing your job. Such a scam

If you are converted to schedule policy/career, will you still get severance in a RIF?

they already do this but nothing new. it's already done that way. level 5 is a percentage on my ship no more than 5 can get level 5 for a little 50 employees

I am a DAF (former) DEIA program manager. I was returned to work Monday but I believe I’m being targeted by my supervisor. Do you do consultations?

This is why my calls have been weird. The policy changes on the daily making work very difficult to perform properly they’re just throwing so much at us at once that we’re overwhelmed so that they can say look you didn’t do your job right Monday is gonna be a big day for me because I must’ve voiced my concerns

Nothing wrong with implementing standards that are similar to private sector workers.

Do DRP retirees have any say on returning back to work? Some folks felt forced due to “Musk” slashing.

#3. 😳 Am i the only one that thinks workers should NOT get a raise, bonus, step increase, etc if they are performing BELOW a satisfactory level? I never knew this was even a ‘thing.’ Shame on any agency that gave monetary incentives to poor performers.

If we are part of the union… can we still seek a federal employee attorney?
