Makes me think of 'The conquest of bread' where they address these things. Divvying up the stuff we made becomes less and less of an issue the more people we make it for together. If we all eat together then we will make more than we need, yet waste less. The same goes for things like food and housing.

In his book The Conquest of Bread, Peter Kroptkin says to describe communist anarchism, “In a word, the system is this: no stint or limit to what the community possesses in abundance, but equal sharing and dividing of those commodities which are scarce or apt to run short.” In other words, if at a party there’s more pizza than all the guests can eat, everyone can eat however much they want to be satisfied; some take one slice, some two, some eat a whole pizza. This is equality in that everyone has equal opportunity to eat however much they want. If there is not enough pizza for everyone to have as much as they would like, it should divided so that everyone gets the same sized share. This is equality in that everyone has equal access to enjoy pizza. This system eliminates resentment, jealousy, inefficient distribution of resources, and wasted labor spent sussing out who ‘deserves’ what.

in real life the "friend" would order you to make 2 pizzas and then throw one away so that another friend Josh doesn't get anything because he didn't work for it, and then the "friend" would eat 7/8 of it. If it happened the way you said it, it would be a simple communication error that could be easily solved by making another pizza so that everyone is full, probably a smaller one.

I sprinkle poison pills on my pizza. If we all take our allotted share, everyone is good, everyone benefits. One party takes too much of that pizza, perhaps by hostile takeover, and bad things happen to that party. Life is simple. Don’t overthink things.
