I've had alot of people ask what I'm doing when I do these. I also hold a 5lb weight in my opposite hand. It's definitely to help strengthen muscles for archery. Got to keep them working in the off season.

Unrelated.. but I see people making the same mistakes with their form as I used to make, especially on lateral raises and lat pull downs. I sometimes wanna help them like people helped me but sometimes I didn’t like the help very much as it made me feel bad about myself tbh

It be some of the most crazy looking shit hitting the best lol I seen a video of someone trying to “correct” peoples form for cable crossover to hit the rear delts and not accidentally hit the traps. I now do the opposite as a trap workout 🤣
