Facial exercise is really a myth. I wanted to lifted my nose (why did i do in the first place I don’t get it, because it was well elevated) now the tip is lower… because the skin is sagged, which isn’t noticeable but the nose tip has lowered.

I’m 52 and had started to get jowls, nasolabial folds and sagging skin. Facial massage and face yoga have removed the jowls, reduced the nasolabial folds and my cheeks and forehead are lifted. No skin care was helping with sagging

The logic would be logical if you massage you touch uour skin as you folding it (imagine clothing) but when it is enough moisture, same as close you can reshape it and "iron" it back. It never was about skin itself. It was to restore fat and masculs behind the skin.
