I cant sleep in silence at all. I hate to be in a silent room, etc. It makes me so nervous when things are quiet. When everything is silent my brain gets very loud.

I don’t mind the silence but I do mind the neighbors new annoying dog or hearing any of them below me. To me it gives me a sense of separation and privacy so now I have white noise in 4 diff areas of the house🤪

The noise in the room is to distract me from the noise in my mind. Also, does anybody else have issues with lights? They put on everything now I have used black electrical tape to cover all the little blue green red lights from chargers and TVs and it’s horrible not quite sure why it bothers me so much but it does

I have to have a sound machine that has thunder, and rain. In NYC we deal with sirens, construction, dogs, and loud neighbors 😀 When I stay in Florida to I put my sound machine to the very sounds I was using my sleep machine for..😱OH NO!!
