She never did black face. I will absolutely be the first person to point out stuff like that and fair enough the Asian portrayal was bad, but there was never black face. It was an unfortunate tan in a wig that made it look worse. Jenna was an absolute dream and privilege to watch grow into who she became and the wholesome content she ended up making. The platform and internet as a whole is a worse place without her in it.

But… she didn’t do black face. She tanned, and put on a pink wig and her skin looked darker, but it was a lighting thing. She never altered her skin outside of normal levels of self tan. She felt bad for the perception regardless.

I think it’s really important to understand that Jenna basically cancelled herself. Hardly anyone was talking about those videos and she also apologised for videos that had been private for years that no one even remembered. Jenna had been burnt out for years, the controversy was just the push she needed to finally put her mental health first

Another major reason why she left was because her mental health was suffering and she just didn't feel joy in making videos anymore because there's always those people that are mean for no reason. Unlike most other celebrities, she had no interest in fame and attention, she just wanted to afford being at home with her dogs for a living and I think that's all she does now

she's now focused on the rehabilitation & rehoming of greyhounds from test facilities & race tracks. Mr. Marbles is still going strong, peachy & cermit are happy littles & now they have two new greyhounds as siblings for Bunny.
