Seen so many on their phones. Some intentionally drive slower n give themselves a huge gap to car in front of them to have a better chance a stopping n Ive seen cops on their phones. Their tinted windows dont help conceal cops when sun is shining directly into their car n u can see them on their phones texting n playing on their phones as well.

I see it ALL the time. I saw a car transporter driver glued to his phone while he drove around with 3 cars on the back at 3.30pm, right by a school. Also Delivery drivers and couriers are constantly on their phones. And men in work vans. I see it most days. It's really scary. I'm glad the person in the car survived
