Be outcome detached. Be process obsessed. This is where we get disappointed. We think, I’m doing all the things, and yet the results don’t look like the perfect picture we created in our head. But if you’re truly doing all the things, it’s working. You just have to stop expecting it to happen on your timeline. ✅ You’re showing up for your strength training 3 to 5 times a week. ✅ You’re getting your steps in, 10,000 or more, most days of the week. ✅ You’re keeping your calories in check while making sure protein stays high. ✅ You’re getting to bed, getting quality sleep, and making recovery a real priority. ✅ You’re locked into your habits and not just doing this when it’s convenient. If all of that is in place and you still feel stuck, it doesn’t mean it’s not working. It means you need to keep going. This is the moment where most people quit. Not because the plan is broken. But because they thought they would be further along by now. Don’t let that be the reason you stop. You didn’t end up here overnight, and you’re not going to get out of it overnight either. But that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re in the middle. Stay committed to the process. Let go of the outcome. And the results will come.
