I have been dealing with mine for almost a year now It’s bad I know what your going through they have some stretched online but I mostly sleep on a heating pad and eat ibuprofen 800’s it sucks

I feel your pain, after 4 back surgeries my back hasn't been the same constantly taking very strong meds and yet it still barely helps with the pain
