So what if the police just let him go and run his license plate and visited him at his home after he calmed down? maybe he would've reported himself to the police after getting out of that stressful situation. And was that guy armed and shooting back or do american cops think it's okay to take a life for insurance covered damage to cars? America makes no sense to other cultures.
