Try doing them one at a time with a single pipette with a new tip each time. Get dinner over it you need to focus to do it correctly

Take your tips from the same row in the box you’re supposed to pipet in the plate (if that makes sense). Helps me to remember where I’m pipetting.

Maybe you should try to hold the pipette vertically instead of horizontally. It’s more likely to have equal volumes on each of your tips like that. If that helps, I’m struggling too🤷🏼♀️

It takes practice once you get the hang of it it’s easy I be flying through 384 plates quick but I do work in clinical lab we have to be fast ton of samples to work through

I’m had a protocol for a 3uL reaction mix and 2uL sample on 384 well plate setup. I had to fly out for the validation and when I got there they had a manual single channel 20uL pipette “because it goes down to 2uL”. ….No? No. Nonononono

I made a very consistent and beginner friendly protocol eventually. Took 1-2 months to cut the time and get good replicates though
