girl i was a smoker/vaper for more than 5 years before i fell pregnant and i quit cold turkey as soon as i found out. idk why so many ppl are defending their actions but smoking while pregnant is just WRONG! wth yall couldnt stop for 9 months??!

everyone saying it’s “dangerous” if you are a smoker and stop instantly you can damage your baby, i know loads of people who has smoked all through pregnancy’s and have slowly cut down to the point there off it by 3rd trimester and they’ve had the healthier baby’s and midwife’s even say the same thing

I did, my HEALTH PROVIDER told me I need to cut down, not quit cold turkey or I would most likely put baby in shock from myself going into shock if I quit cold turkey. every health provider is different tho. also I'm from Canada

It’s a personal decision really everyone has their own views and opinions on it. I smoked up until 14 weeks then after every smoke it would make me sick so I didn’t have a choice but to quit. I started after I gave birth again.

My whole pregnancy I craved some good sweet red wine soooooo bad searched for that flavor in grape juice and sugar the whole nine months never curved it best believe I had a nice garden sesh and tall glass of wine after my son came into this world

My doctor recommended that I just take one or two a day. Because stopping immediately can cause stress which won't be good for baby. But now I'm just down to one a day

Im 23 and NOT a doctor!! But when my mom was pregnant with me her doctor said she could have like 1 or 2 a day. And she did and i turned out fine! My sister too!

The woman I know had 3 miscarriages (she almost did nothing but rest&eat healthy) before getting pregnant with her daughter. 4th time pregnant. Had one-two champagnes twice (NY&herbday) and smoke iqos once – perfect pregnancy, perfect labour and the girl is now almost 3. She’s healthy, beautiful and happy
