Nope didn’t procrastinate. When I saw the videos in February/march I locked in. Cut out alcohol except for 1 weekend in April. Stuck with eating Whole Foods and barely if any sugar🙏🏻👍 best shape I’ve ever been in my 24 years😁

Took me literally 100 days to go from skinny fat to skinny slightly toned. Then the muscle started to show where I was getting compliments at about 7 months. August will be a year into my gym journey at 37. Never too late.
