@ericrcno: Love this message from a student 🙌🏽😄 I tell my artists all the time, “There’s the stuff they teach in high schools and most universities. And then there’s the REAL stuff that actual professionals use.” 😂 I love sharing these “cheat codes” and “secrets”, because I feel they shouldn’t be secret at all. This knowledge is YOUR BIRTHRIGHT. It is your innate inheritance as a human being. I consider what I do to always be a form of rehabilitation, even if you don’t have an actual injury. We’re restoring what has always rightfully been yours. Due to emotional traumas, physical injuries and sometimes just really bad teaching, we fall out of alignment with our body’s wisdom.
