@gourmetghetto3: Chocolate San Sebastian Cheesecake Burnt Basque Cheesecake Perfect recipe 1kg Cream Cheese 320 grams Sugar 6 large Eggs 30 grams Fresh Lemon Juice 15 grams Vanilla Extract 5 grams Sea Salt 600 grams Heavy whipping cream 50 grams cacao powder Room temperature cream cheese mix with sugar. After well blend mix in the eggs one by one. Add the lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract, cacao powder and mix well. Then add the cream and fold in. Don’t Mix with blender. With spoon or spatula. Pour the well blend mixture into a 9 by 4 cake pan after placing the parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 450F. Bake until the top is burnt. Cool in room temperature for 2 hours. Then in the fridge overnight. FDM my Alma Mater! A team that welcomed me with open arms and that cared for me in such an amazing way not just on the track but off the track as well. I remember like yesterday when I showed up to my first official practice day and I saw all these amazing drivers and they welcomed me and made me feel like I had already been part of the team for years. That was such an encouraging moment, I said “I’m part of them I’m an FDM driver and I need to give it my all!” FDM will always be my team and family, I learnt so much about myself there, it’s been the coolest experience I’ve ever had in my life! They got me in my first Mini chassis and 7 months later they had me racing competitively in the Supernats! Then after Supernats I had my surgery, they supported me so much and I’m speachless about it. Greg worked super hard to get my hand throttle in time for me to race and he cared for me so much! I’m beyond grateful for that and for putting me back on the track!
