He’s 100% correct! Inflation has increased EVERYTHING BUT WAGES! It was way easier back then. Heck even back in 2015, yes only 10 years ago, it was more affordable

They swear they always had it worse. Anything and everything you tell them … they’ve been through worse so our problem isnt even a problem to them. I’m tired of being told I have everything better and should be able to afford a house , car , handle all my bill , etc … I am working over 40 hours a week and can’t even afford my $1300 one bed one bath and I’m about to lose my mind 🙃

It’s because none of them want to start off in the hood with roommates like we did. They want turn key ready homes with granite countertops from day one. ☝🏽 we ate rice /beans & a corn tortilla for dinner. Not Starbucks for breakfast 🙄

Girll you and your mom need to do some research and open your eyes. Your brother is 100% right. The cost of living and the average salary margin is way different now than it was back then. I’m sure he’d move out if he could afford it with y’all’s attitude

Mind you . They want you to move out on $15 dollars an hour and afford a 1,500 rent , $250 car bill ,$250 car insurance, $100 weekly groceries, $ 30 gas weekly , $200 utilities bill
