i have to visualize " look off in the distance " here and there when im talking to someone it helps keep the eye contact from being a distraction and it helps me see/ listen and understand what they are talking about all while forming my own thoughts and perceptions 😂 too much eye contact to me means that person either isnt listening or is trying to manipulate or sway my thoughts with seduction tactics / dominance or they're simply attracted to me perhaps .... they're not actually talking to converse for lack of a better breakdown if they just str8 100% locked in paying attention on my eyes while talking is how i see it lol

oh man, I worry about this sometimes because I don't like making eye contact. if eyes are the windows to the soul, im not trying to let all people access my soul and vise versa. for me it's prolly more like 40% lol I do feel better hearing this
