Broccoli kas k2 in good amounts. Fiber digestable and indigestible is good for the gut bacteria and if you eat carbs, helps it slow down digestion so ur insulin levels dont skyrocket. Simple stuff goatis gets wrong.

vitamin k1 assists in blood clotting via the liver, fibre is needed to add bulk to the stool which cleans your gut out, feeds your microbiome, stabilises blood sugar, reduces cholesterol and makes you feel full. not to mention the nutrient to calorie ratio is insane. meat is greatly nutrient dense, but plants are needed to get a source of vitamin c, fibre and polyphenols
