how much dose do you use? I started in May and I dont see any difference...they started me at .25 and then to .50 but I dont see any change and feel like I should go up on dose.

I'm a type 2 diabetic I'm went from .25 to 1 starting again in January to now. I was 370. I'm 313 today. keep going! I work out with it to. that's when I noticed the weight change ☺️

I received mine lasted week! I’m not prepared mentally! Any advice! How can you keep it in the refrigerator! She I eat after I inject myself! I’m afraid to go out! I definitely don’t want to experience side effects like diarrhea! Lord help me! I’m so afraid! How important is it to eat correctly and exercising! I’m still in amazement that my insurance covered it! I did go through whoops! I’m praying this will be a smooth journey!

Starting ozempic on Sunday! Terrified of injecting in my stomach though. Do you have a lot of nausea with this injection site? I did Wegovy for one month before doctor dropped my insurance provider. I always did thighs and arm because im chicken🤣
