I started thinking being good at python would qualify me for a job, then I saw requirements like this and have come to the conclusion that I have a better chance making money by developing on my own and learning as much as i can about coding considering these are going to be constantly moving goalposts at this point

Competitive salary with a cap. Is not competitive anymore, it’s a cap. To work w edge tech is basically, what you bring to the table thats what you gonna work with. Annual pizza party? Wow must really be competitive for a once a year pizza party event. TV news must go crazy.
