Just whipped up a smoked corned beef Japanese curry, and it turned out insanely tasty! I had a lot of corned beef, so I figured why not try something new. I quick-fried some potatoes, carrots, and the corned beef, then added beef stock and two cubes of S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix—absolute game changer! Paired it with sushi rice that I seasoned with olive oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar for an extra kick, plus some steamed broccolini on top. Finally, I stirred in a bit of cream to make the curry extra rich and served it all together. This dish is super versatile, and you can easily swap out the corned beef for any other protein—it’ll still turn out amazing. The combo of rich curry and seasoned rice is a winner. You’ve gotta try this! Ingredients •	300g smoked corned beef, cubed •	1 potato, cubed •	1 carrot, cubed •	1 tbsp oil •	500ml beef stock •	2 cubes S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix •	1/2 cup sushi rice •	1 1/2 cups water •	1 tbsp olive oil •	2 tbsp rice wine vinegar •	1 tbsp sugar •	4-5 broccolini stems •	1/4 cup cream •	Olive oil, salt, and pepper (for seasoning) Recipe 1.	Fry cubed corned beef, potato, and carrot in a pan with oil for 5 minutes. 2.	Add beef stock, bring to a boil, then stir in the curry cubes. Simmer until thickened. 3.	Rinse sushi rice and cook with water. Once done, stir in olive oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar to season. 4.	Steam broccolini over the rice. 5.	Stir cream into the curry and serve with the seasoned rice and broccolini.
