@smokehousenick: Cheeseburger Eggrolls These are super easy to make and from what everyone told me, they are super delicious to eat! Weber Slate set to medium high heat and greased up with @baconupbacongrease Putting down 1 lb of 80/20 ground beef from @k4gourmetbeef and getting a good char on both sides. Add 1 sweet onion 1 red bell pepper diced and then chop it all up together. Once it gets cooked through, set heat to low and add 2 cups of shredded cheese (I went with Monterey Jack). When get all melted together, pull it off and set it aside. Scrape clean your griddle and fire it up to high heat with your 10” cast iron on top. Add 1 cup oil or grease (I use bacon fat for the flavor). While it’s heating up roll your eggrolls. Lay out your skin and place and good amount of stuffing in the middle. Wet the edges all around then roll it just like a mini burrito. When your grease hits 350-375 add them gently to it and fry on all sides. Should take 5-7 min, make sure your bathing and moving them around so the every bit is golden brown. While they are frying make your burger sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard 1 tablespoon relish 1 tablespoon smoked paprika Whisk together and serve as dip with eggrolls. Enjoy! #burger #eggroll #outdoorcooking #jesus @Bacon Up Bacon Grease @Weber Grills @K4Ranches
