@reyes.cooks: another date night dinner, steak alfredo 📖 Recipe °Ingredients° •9oz pappardelle pasta •Steak: (new york or ribeye) •10 cloves garlic (slightly crushed) •3 tbs salted butter •rosemary •salt & pepper Sauce: •1 cup heavy cream •1/4 cup pasta water •8 oz parmesan °Instructions° •Boil pasta according to package instructions. when done, set aside and have ready for later •oil your pan set on medium high heat, then drop in your steak. cook for 2 minutes to get a nice sear then flip. add in your butter, rosemary and garlic. baste the steak for another 2 minutes and put steak aside •in the same pan, leaving in your butter and garlic, Pour in your heavy cream and pasta water then mix until brought to a light simmer, lower heat then add in your grated parmesan and stir until creamy. once sauce is done add in your pasta •your steak has rested and can now be cut. dinner is ready to be served •perfect for a quick, cheap and easy date night dinner #steak #alfredo #pasta #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #datenight
