A little bit of delusion mixed with audacity & now here we are, a decade (and 5 studios) later, I’m the founder & licensor of my own brand, helping others open their very first studios & step into their own dreams.💭 Yoga has truly changed my life. Not just in business, but in every way. It’s how I met my husband, & now we get to live out this dream of studio ownership together. What started as a personal practice has become a shared purpose, a family, & a movement that keeps growing. Yoga changed my life. Not just on the mat, but in every part of who I am.
