Yes, charge extra for the ice cups. Here in 7-11 PH they sell sealed ice cups for 10 pesos. 🙂

Make some ice bags, 2 different sizes/prices and sell them. That way u don’t have to use tons of cups and you get paid for all the entra ice they request.

they're gonna keep doing it or tell someone about that "hack". set some boundaries. print out a sign at the register that you'll no longer fulfill such requests.

If u do u can always say we give one cup of ice per person any more than that we have to charge that way it’s not awkward and u have a set rule if u want to give one cup fine or have them bring their own roe they way time is money and so is cups 🤷🏻♀️

i order no ice because i really dont like ice,ill drink a can of soda thats never even been in the fridge type of i dont like ice. i cant stand when i ordered no ice and i get half a cup. didnt realize it was because people out here doing this.

I usually order with no ice when I know I’m not gonna drink it then sometimes I’ll pick up for my lunch and just drink it later and add ice then. I don’t like to add ice cause then th drink will be watered down later.
