@cocos.mini.studio: here's how I make my mini baskets! I hope its not too fast 🫣 You need floral wire, waxed thread, and glue! If you make these, dont forget the extra piece to glue in! you should have 17 pieces of wire - this allows the string to alternate which is how the wire gets covered properly 😊 #baskets #basketweaving #miniatures #miniart #miniaturefood #DIY #artprocess #crafting #dollhouse #craftwithme #makewithme #miniaturist #polymerclay

I've been unable to find the straight floral wire in brown in stores, and definitely can't find the waxed cording in brown unless in a tiny multi pack with a ton of colors I don't need. 😭 I tried waxing embroidery floss and the wound bundle of brown floral wire but my basket is so bendy and fragile. 😭

Omg I need to do this, my great-grandpa sold his selfmade wicker baskets on the market, one of my nicest childhood memories is the kitchen full of them and my g-pa sitting in between and making them 🥹 I miss him so much

Let me be clear - The first step for digestive issues is cleaning up your diet. Whole, single ingredient foods (turkey, eggs, avocado, potatoes, berries, asparagus, olives, chicken, sockeye salmon, etc) only for at least 2 weeks! From there, if you still have symptoms, follow a low FODMAP diet. Many healthy foods have sugars in them (yes, vegetables have sugar) are hard to digest. Limiting these foods or reducing quantities can make them tolerable. You can download the free FODMAP app to learn which foods these are (I like the one with the blue bird icon). If a whole food, low FODMAP diet does not eliminate all your symptoms, the next step is a GI Map or Gut Zoomer or SIBO/IMO breath test and/or colonoscopy, endoscopy or ultrasound. Functional practitioners do some of these tests, gastroenterologists do the others. If those tests reveal something, you treat it. You don’t guess what’s wrong with you and buy random supplements until you know for sure! Don’t waste your time or money like I did. There are SO MANY THINGS that can be wrong with your gut. Guessing is silly. Possible treatments for SIBO, IMO and parasites include antibiotics, natural anti microbial and/or the Elemental Diet. If you’re like me, had all those test, all those procedures and still have debilitating symptoms, the Elemental Diet is a next step. It is not healing in a bag, but it can help address specific concerns and at least give your system a bit of a reset. I cannot sell it - I am not a doctor - and this is not an ad. I am simply sharing my journey. And yes, it was extremely hard to not eat real food for 12 weeks. But when my symptoms improved in the first few days, it made it so much easier to stick with. Unfortunately, by day 9, they all returned, but I still stuck it out until day 14 per the recommendations from medical studies. I am not asking for medical advice. I have tried more remedies, medicines, “hacks” etc than I can list here. Please respect my journey and my doctor’s choices and don’t send unsolicited recommendations through DMs without seeing my bloodwork, test results, scans etc 💗 #strongbysarah #elementaldiet #digestivehealth #digestion @mBIOTA Elemental™ @Integrative Therapeutics #sibo #imo #parasites #colonscopy
