We tried to acquire condo unit however we failed to get bank financing, we tried to opt for pag ibig however we have to shell out 1m upfront bec pagibig’ valuation for condo is so low. We tried to ask for refund at least 50% but the developer refused to give our money back

@junmr1126:Buying condo in a disaster prone country is a no no. Major concern for those high rise is earthquake. You don't know how stable is the footing. Baka madaminh shortcuts na ginawa. There's typhoons & flooding. Your place might not be flooded but yong dadaanan mo flooded.Severe heat weather. Most expensive electricity in positive. Very hard to sell condo. More negatives than positives.

The association dues goes up as time goes by so if upon turnover, assoc dues is already, expect that it will only go higher. The more luxurious the lobby feels, the higher the assoc dues are. 🤭
