These comments are disgraceful. Do you know how many times through my life I’ve been harassed by men on the street not even a cop and I’ve smiled and giggled through it hoping they would just leave? Would you believe many other times I’ve been stern and said to leave me alone and they became aggressive and scary? It’s a defense mechanism and coping skill for many women to literally stay alive.
