maybe do a bowel detox, like papaya on empty stomach in the morning. it will remove matter that is stuck inside. it will get flatter. also possible water retention. sauna can help. or abs not developed enough (lower part i mean), can be genetic, diet related on how you use this energy. like ancestors etc. or a liver performance to metabolise that. i forgot exactly what but the type of fat that sits there is different in metabolism. maybe intermittent fasting and morning sprints or brisk walking will burn it. must be one, or i skipped it

I was in the same boat as you. Don’t listen to any other comments except that say low intensity cardio (incline treadmill, stairmaster, walking for 30min-1h) and eating quality/less food. Simple as that.
