I struggle with cutting things like that in the straight lines I use this hack and u can’t tell at all use cupcake liners as the vessel to hold each individual piece it works great and looks neat

Use dental floss to mark out straight lines. Press lightly into the frosting before you add the border icing. Start in the middle and work your way out for evenly sized pieces
