Not to be a TikTok Dr or anything. But I think you should look into oil pulling for the inflammation in your gums. Otherwise the whitening strips could make it a lot worse.

Also I floss twice a day and brush twice a day / have my check ups every 6 months yet still have yellow stains I get out with whitening strips. This is life as a normal human not pretending to be perfect for strangers online ✨

Girl you might have gingivitis, the gums are a little red and puffy and your bleeding a bit there. Def follow up with your dentist because it could lead to worse and whitening trips can agitate the gums even more if you do have gingivitis

for people judging you i’m sorry because most don’t understand proper hygiene of the mouth and anything i mean ANYTHING can stain teeth through the years no matter hm you brush.. i didn’t see any plack or any debris in between your gums only discoloration which is entirely normal. white teeth are absolutely not normal and can be unhealthy because the enamel is most likely damaged.
