@thekaymoedit: Days 5 & 6 of Losing 10 lbs in 30 Days with #Hashimoto’s + #PCOS Weekends look a little different, and that’s okay. I’m not super strict when I’m more social. I still avoided gluten, kept dairy minimal, and didn’t go wild on calories… even if my meals weren’t as whole-food-heavy as usual. I still log everything into my Lose It app, but I’m not going to stress about it. It’s data, not judgment. My version of movement this weekend? Going out with the girls and relaxing by the pool. This isn’t about perfection, it’s about learning to support my body while actually living my life. Healing gets to be flexible, joyful, and real.

The best thing that helped me lose the weight is FIBER, I lost 15 pounds in the month of January and drinking my fiber multiple times a day with A LOT of water, helped me bypass the insulin resistance while in a calorie deficit. I use the @Hilma brand. (I have PCOS, too)
