TfL, take notes from Irish anti-speeding adverts. Traumatise the public. Brainstorm with your team and the first ad idea where someone says “no that’s a bit too far” will be the most effective.

worst thing London did was lowering speed limits to 20, it makes people think that they can make it across the road. when it was 30mph everywhere people would hesitate to take the risk remember the adverts
