No fr…my great grandpa is half native and…IRISH. His father’s father bought a native girl and whitewashed her just to Marry my great grand fathe’s mother. My grandpa said he was basically a child slave because “my father treated the other woman and kids better.” While his 6 NATIVE CHILDREN were out in a shack. All happened in Flordia in 1950s!!!

Oh we were recognized as white, just a lower class of white but where would America be without us Irish, we stood the line for human rights and started unions and took the most dangerous occupations soldiers, cops, construction workers, and now every American wants to be Irish lol

the Irish were always white, all Europeans are white but white supremacy separates Europeans by who's not "white enough" and since race in general is a social construct, it's constantly changing on who gets to be white based on their proximity to whiteness
