Its a scam people you need to know that if he films you even if he claims to be an independent journalist or working for someone and takes the video and puts it on tiktok or youtube or facebook. THEY ARE 99% OF THE TIME MAKINNG MONEY OFF OF IT. If they DO NOT give you a consent form saying it is ok to use it. You can sue them for damages check the laws people. The person recording you could face up to five years in jail or prison or a £500 fine under criminal law. While you cannot send someone to jail in a civil lawsuit, you can ask for money (called damages) when you sue them.

police service. they are there to uphold the law. ie to see that law isnt broken. so the officers should be well versed with what they are talking about. but in this case they don't know it. so they should of called for assistance in advising this man. or listened to the guy and then checked it out.
