try this recipe for breakfast high protein and so easy to make
25g Soya chunk
50g green pepper
1 egg
100g cottage cheese
........
1st put the soya chunk in boal and add hot water and leave it for 60s than strain it and Squiz any extra water from chunk
after that add crack egg add salt+black pepper and green pepper mixed it very well put all of the mix in pan with little pit of pan spray oil and then put pan on midiam heat it will take 40s for each side after that put it in plate with 100g cottage cheese and enjoy
