@stewsperformance: Dumbbell arm circles are a shoulder mobility and stability exercise where you hold a light dumbbell in each hand and make controlled circular motions with your arms extended to the sides. This exercise targets the shoulders, deltoids, and rotator cuff muscles while also improving joint mobility and endurance. How to Perform: 1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Hold a light dumbbell (1–5 lbs) in each hand. 3. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height. 4. Make small, controlled circular motions forward for 15–30 seconds. 5. Reverse the direction and circle backward for another 15–30 seconds. 6.
